More Than Screening
The ACCESS Prevention and Cancer Care Network Helps You Navigate What Comes Next

Help From Screening Through Treatment

The ACCESS Prevention and Cancer Care Network helps connect the pieces of your care.

Find & Coordinate Care

We help locate providers and specialists, process referrals, schedule appointments, track results, and coordinate next steps.

Understand Your Coverage Options

Our team can help determine eligibility and assist with enrollment in Medicaid, ACA Marketplace plans, and Medicare.

Get Help When You Don’t Have Coverage

When insurance isn’t available, we can help connect eligible patients with free or reduced-cost screening, treatment resources, and financial assistance.

Overcome Barriers to Care

Our Community Health Workers can help address challenges that make it harder to receive care, including: transportation, food and nutrition, lodging, childcare, language access, housing and utility resources, and other community support needs.

Stay Connected Through Treatment

We help coordinate appointments, referrals, reminders, and follow-up so patients can move from an abnormal screening to diagnosis and, when necessary, into treatment as quickly as possible.

More Than a Referral. A Partner in Your Care.

Cancer can bring a lot of questions:

Where do I go?
How will I pay for this?
Does my insurance cover it?
What happens after an abnormal screening?
How do I get to my appointments?
What if I need treatment?

You don’t have to answer those questions alone.

The ACCESS Prevention and Cancer Care Network helps bring together care coordination, insurance assistance, financial resources, healthcare providers, and community support so you can focus on your health.
